3. Property Listings, Scheduling & Agent Interactions

We are not responsible for the accuracy of property listings, agent availability, or any transactions resulting from your use of the App. All real estate dealings are between you and the respective agents or property owners.

3.1 Listing Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate property listings, we cannot guarantee that all information (e.g., pricing, availability, or features) is current or error-free. Users should verify listing details directly with agents or property owners before making any decisions.

3.2 Agent & Broker Communications

The App may facilitate communication between you and real estate agents or brokers. However, we do not endorse or guarantee the reliability, professionalism, or actions of any agents using our platform. Any disputes between users and agents must be resolved independently.

3.3 Scheduling Property Viewings

Users may schedule property viewings through the App. Appointment availability depends on real estate agents and property owners. Excessive or spammy scheduling attempts may result in account suspension or removal from the App.

 

4. Personalized Property Recommendations

The App features an algorithm that learns from your property interactions, including searches, saved listings, and inquiries. This allows us to provide personalized recommendations based on your preferences.

4.1 How the Algorithm Works

• The App analyzes your browsing history, saved properties, and search filters to suggest listings tailored to your interests.

• The more you interact with listings, the more accurate your recommendations will become.

• You can reset or adjust your preferences in the App settings if you want to refine your recommendations.

If you choose to use third-party financial services (e.g., mortgage prequalification), you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any financial agreements, approvals, or rejections resulting from such services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.

9.1 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data. We are not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.
