DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

To delete your account, please complete the following steps:

In App

• ​Navigate to the Profile Screen

• Click the settings icon in the top right corner

• Select "Delete Account" and Proceed

From Browser

• ​Send an email to team@lauft.app with the subject line "Delete Account"

• Include the email address in the body of the email that you initially registered the account under

• Respond to any required verification of identity if applicable (to avoid this, send the email from the email that the account is registered to), and confirm your desire to have your account deleted

Upon the deletion of your account, the following data is deleted:

• User identifying information (name, email, phone number)

• Location data

• Property preference data (liked, disliked, and saved properties)

• Scheduled showings
